If your WooCommerce products don't import or display in skuIQ, if you are experiencing API-related problems, or if you're receiving messages when attempting to connect skuIQ to your WooCommerce, you must enable the Legacy REST API within your WooCommerce settings.
These are the steps to do so:
- When you are connecting your WooCommerce service to skuIQ, you will be redirected to authenticate your connection.
- You will be asked to login in to your WooCommerce and afterwards will be redirected to your WooCommerce.
- Once logged in, if you receive an error message indicating that the API is disabled, please make sure that the Legacy REST API is enabled under WooCommerce settings.
Having this setting enabled will ensure that your products show up in skuIQ when you connect with WooCommerce.
